I have found Olivia to be very knowledgeable and can always find a solution to suit my limitations. The improvement in my mobility and flexibility is noticeable - I can highly recommend her Pilates sessions.

I can’t recommend this Physio Pro enough! Olivia was incredibly welcoming, and the whole environment feels calm and professional. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and really listened to my concerns before starting treatment, explaining in a way that I could understand.

She explained each step of the process and gave me practical exercises I could do at home, which made a big difference to my lower back pain.

10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Olivia has resolved several injuries I’ve experienced throughout my training, ranging from lower back issues to tennis elbow. She not only excels in fast, knowledgeable, and accurate treatment, but her rehabilitation process is truly world class.

Olivia’s informative approach has ensured that I’ve not only recovered from injuries, but returned to training at full capacity, including heavy lifting and strength training, within a matter of weeks.

I highly recommend Olivia for any physiotherapy treatment.

I started seeing Chris at Biotech Physio after a car accident and honestly, I couldn't recommend him more. He's been nothing short of amazing throughout my recovery. He has always looked out for my best interests and providing exceptional care. His communication is excellent, and I always feel listened to and supported. Following total knee replacement surgery, I’ve found the several 1:1 clinical pilates sessions with Olivia Purnell particularly beneficial during rehabilitation. She has been brilliant. Thorough, professional, pushes me gently to improve, etc.

I have been going here for years, and Kim and the team always provide an amazing service for the wide range of injuries I have had. A good mixture of a hands on approach, discussion of the cause and problem, and clear plan to help alleviate the issues makes for a wonderful experience. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! From the moment you walk in, Deb and Cheryl make you feel welcome and at ease. They’re friendly, efficient, and keep everything running smoothly. The physiotherapists, Kim and Chris, are both highly skilled and attentive. The new sound wave treatment they’re using has been incredibly effective—I noticed results much faster than I expected. Another big plus: they always run on time, so you never have to wait. I highly recommend this team!

Saw Kim at Physio Pro in Como for a back injury. Within a few sessions Kim had successfully fixed the lower back pain, and provided me with ongoing exercises to help me avoid the problem in the future.

He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I will visit again in the future if I have another injury.

Came to Physio Pro with a workplace injury. Kim provided fantastic treatment and rehabilitation plan; Alex supported technique and motivation in the gym. I have now returned back to work at same strength and ability as was pre-injury. Highly recommend.

Kim provided in-home physiotherapy for my elderly mother for several years. Service was friendly, dependable, and flexible and my mother looked forward to the sessions even though she doesn't like exercise. Awesome job.
